While we were getting ready to leave Will's preschool this morning, Mrs. Patterson, Will's preschool assistant teacher, ran out to tell us how much she loved talking with Will and hanging out with him. She went on to say how he "just gets stuff" and how it seems like a lot of the stuff they talk about in class goes over some of the other kids heads, but that Will is always on the ball and, as she put it again, "he just gets it." It was very nice to hear and the fact that she ran out to tell us made it even more special (makes me wonder what they were talking about today). I am a little biased, but Will is definitely a sharp kid-you can't say anything without him remembering it.
