It was a very fun and busy 4th of July weekend. Will and his cousins rode with their Grandma (the Grand Marshal) in the Meno. Falls parade. Will was so excited. Afterwards, he said "why didn't anybody know my name? They were all shouting Grandma's name!" Always looking for the fame that one....
After they finished their part of the parade, they came back to join us in our seats. It was a long parade already so we decided to skip the fireworks this year. I hope that was not a bad decision since this means that the next two years will be rained out!!
On the actual 4th, we headed to church (where I had a great time singing in the festival choir) and then headed home to play outside in the VERY HOT and MUGGY weather.
